Policies

Founders' Circle Terms.

- Founder's Circle pricing valid for first 50 members only
- We may request feedback about your experience (optional but appreciated)
- Service may evolve based on beta feedback

Confirmation Process.

- You'll receive your event lineup within 4 days of onboarding
- 7 days before each event: Confirmation request sent via email
- 48-hour response window to confirm attendance
- Once confirmed, we'll match you with 2-3 compatible people and send direct ticket links

- You'll purchase tickets directly from venue (we'll provide the link)

- Group features activate once 2+ members verify ticket purchase
- No confirmation = no matching, spot released to others

Matching Guarantee.

- We'll match you with 2 to 3 compatible people who have confirmed interest in the event

- If an event doesn't receive confirmation from at least 2 others, we'll rematch you or offer alternatives
- If fewer than 2 other people purchase tickets by the deadline

  • We'll immediately attempt to find you 1 - 2 additional people from our member base who are interested

  • OR you'll receive a credit toward your next month's membership

- Final group size depends on how many members  purchase tickets

- Match quality is based on your intake questionnaire responses

Communication Timeline.

- 7 days before: You'll receive an event and a confirmation request.

- 48 hours confirmation period: You must send ticket purchase confirmation. This could a receipt, confirmation number or ticket itself
- 4 days before: Receive profile cards of your matched group.
- 3 days before: Group chat opens to introduce your matched members (only for verified ticket holders).
- Day of event: Final logistics reminder​.

Attendance Policy.

- We don't handle ticket refunds or exchanges - please check venue policies
- Unconfirmed events don't impact your membership
- Repeated no-shows after confirming interest may result in membership review​​

- If you attend zero events in a month, membership continues unless you cancel​

Cancellation Policy.

- To cancel membership: Email us or log into your account
- No refunds for current month once started
- Any unused service periods don't carry over

Event Changes & Cancellations.

- If a venue cancels an event, we'll notify you immediately via email     and SMS.

- We are not responsible for venue cancellations or rescheduling.

- Refunds for cancelled events follow the venue's policy

- We cannot refund venue tickets - check venue's refund policy.

Member cancellations:

Member Cancellations:

  • If you can't attend BEFORE buying your ticket: Simply let us know, no penalty

  • If you can't attend AFTER buying your ticket:

    • Notify us ASAP so we can adjust the group's dynamics.

    • If you give us 4+ days notice, there is no penalty to your membership standing.

 

What counts as a cancellation:

  • Confirming interest but not buying a ticket by deadline.

  • Buying a ticket but not attending without notice.

  • Claiming you bought a ticket but unable to verify purchase.

 

What DOESN'T count:

  • Declining an event upfront (not confirming interest).

  • Cancelling with 4+ days notice after buying ticket.

  • Venue cancellations or events selling out.

 

What happens after a cancellation:

  • First cancellation: No penalty, we understand life happens.

  • Second cancellation within the same quarter:

    • You'll be placed on "provisional status" for the remainder of the quarter.

    • Must purchase tickets within 24 hours of matching (not 48) to secure your spot.

  • Third cancellation within the same quarter:

    • Membership suspended for remainder of quarter.

    • No refund for unused period.

Geographic Scope.

- All events are currently within Austin city limits or 15-mile radius.
- Transportation not included.

Age & Conduct.

- Must be 21+ (some events may be at venues serving alcohol).
- Respectful behavior required at all events.
- Harassment = immediate termination, no refund.
- No-shows after confirmation may result in membership review.

- Falsely claiming ticket purchase = immediate termination.

- Members who repeatedly confirm but don't buy tickets will be removed​.

-This is not a dating app. Please be respectful towards other members.

Ticket Verification.

- You must forward ticket confirmation or show proof of purchase to activate group features.
- We never handle payment for event tickets.
- Ticket prices are set by venues, not Querated Passport.
- Group size may change if members don't complete ticket purchase.

- We are not responsible for sold-out events - buy tickets promptly after confirmation.​

- We recommend buying tickets within 24-48 hours of receiving your tailored events.
